Decent clean new buffet spot. United Buffet just recently opened in Webster and is refreshing for its spacious white decor, friendly service & relatively fresh ingredient. Their menu offered a good variety of about 100 dishes for dinner including seafood, Chinese stir fry, sushi, dim sum & other common American buffet dishes. Seating was well-spaced across the dining floor, and there was also a separate group dining room. For adult dinner ($19.99), seafood variety included snow crab, crawfish, clams, mussels, and shrimp in many ways including mayo shrimp. They had some unique dishes such as baked mussels, meat stuffed mushroom & bacon-wrapped crab stick that were popular albeit on the saltier side. The only bland tasting item we tried was the snow crab! Sushi was well-stocked including roll varieties & nigiri wrapped firmly in the correct sushi shapes. For dessert, there was a fridge of ice cream cups in different flavours, and fruits including melons & coated banana. There were also basic cakes & egg tarts wrapped in crispy rice paper instead of pastry shell. Service was very attentive with frequent check-ups to remove our buffet plates. One of the best buffets I've ever eaten at in Rochester, as well as all of New York state. It is a place that I will definitely recommend to anyone if you want to try a full array rainbow style Buffet. Didn't care about the fried chicken wings or fried corn, but everything else i ate was delicious and amazing. A true 5 star buffet. Located in webster and worth all the acolytes i gave it in my video section. It hit every single craving I've had for the last month. For the price, it’s decent. I came here few days after they opened for dinner. The restaurant was clean and busy. Staffs were friendly. Compared to other buffets, they sure have less food options. I enjoyed their sushi and desserts. The hot food section is so so, nothing special. Hope they can keep up the food quality in the long run.

The food selection was absolutely delicious. The cashier, Ting, was exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and efficient. it truly set a positive tone for the whole meal. will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend.

I've waited so long for this buffet to open and it was so much fun! There was electric in the air and the excitement was palpable as folks lined up to be the first ones in today. Grand openings are a lot of work, and United Buffet has done a great job with their new location. There were a few hiccups with their service and the credit card machine was down, but that's to be expected sometimes. The food was hot and tasty! Sushi was delicious and the veggies were so flavorful. I loved the homestyle tofu. The chicken wings were monstrous and crispy. Check out Webster's hottest new restaurant today!!!
